            For the goal categories, there are different types of goals which have continued to appear across people.  To give you some ideas of goals for yourself, this is a set of examples.

 

Health

            Develop consistent times to wakeup and go to sleep.

            Reduce weight from X to Y.

                        Select and follow a diet.

                        Eat X foods for breakfast or lunch.
